Brown Announces More Than $2.8 Million to Improve Erie-Ottawa International Airport

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded $2,867,228 to Erie-Ottawa Regional Airport Authority, Erie County, and Ottawa County for upgrades to Erie-Ottawa International Airport. These funds will go toward constructing the airport's taxiway and expanding the apron.
