WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Andre Carson, D-Indiana, a senior member of the House Intelligence Committee, issued the following statement on the release of the memorandum detailing a telephone conversation by President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky:
