WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement on the White House's release of a memorandum of a conversation by President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky:
"Yesterday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched a formal inquiry process to investigate alleged abuse of power by the President.
"As a former law enforcement officer who investigated corruption and criminal activity, I have been trained to follow the facts. . . .
