WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing entitled "Sounding the Alarm: The Public Health Threats of E-Cigarettes":
