WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Texas, issued the following statement:
Today, U.S. Representative Lloyd Doggett (D-TX), who has long supported an impeachment investigation, released the following statement on the heightened urgency of beginning impeachment hearings:
"Like his Republican accomplices, who have enabled President Trump to trample our democracy, further Democratic delay would only embolden Trump in continuing to believe that he can get awa . . .
