WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Del. Gregorio Sablan, D-Northern Mariana Islands, issued the following infomation:
Lower prescription drug prices for the 2,500 people with Medicare insurance in the Marianas and for the thousands of others with insurance through their employer or an individual plan is the goal of H.R. 3.
