MANHATTAN, New York, Sept. 24 -- Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, a campaign of Everytown for Gun Safety, issued the following news:
On Thursday, the Texas Senate Select Committee will hold a hearing in response to the shootings in El Paso and Odessa. Volunteers with the Texas chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America will attend the hearing and urge the committee to consider legislation requiring background checks on all gun sales and a strong red flag law. . . .
