ALBANY, New York, Sept. 17 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following notice (Case No. 18-F-0440) involving EDF Renewables Development:
Application of EDF Renewables Development, Inc. for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 for Construction of the Morris Ridge Solar Project Approximately 175-Megawatt Solar Powered Energy Facility located in the town of Mount Morris, Livingston County.
