WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on the nomination of Lawrence VanDyke to the Ninth Circuit:
"I am very pleased President Trump has nominated Lawrence VanDyke to the Ninth Circuit.
