PHOENIX, Arizona, Sept. 23 -- Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Arizona, issued the following statement in response to an announcement that the Transportation Department will award a $21.3 million grant to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for a reconstruction project:
The grant will go towards reconstruction of 90,000 square yards of the Terminal 4 apron, the fifth phase of the project. The total project will involve 270,000 square yards of reconstruction.
