NEW YORK, Sept. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation issued the following remarks by Secretary Elaine L. Chao on investing in America's airports:
"The new Administrator of the FAA, Steve Dickson visited LaGuardia recently to see all the work taking place--work that will position LaGuardia to benefit from current economic growth.
