EDINBURG, Texas, Sept. 18 -- The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley issued the following news release:
The UTRGV Office of Professional Education & Workforce Development will facilitate a series of workshops for managers and directors from all departments at the City of Edinburg, starting this month.
The workshops are scheduled once a month for the next six months and are custom designed to train municipal staff leaders to become highly efficient in their leaders . . .
