WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and John Cornyn, R-Texas, issued the following statements after President Trump announced his intention to nominate T. Michael O'Connor as U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Texas:
