WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, chairman of the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, issued the following statement after the Small Business Administration Inspector General released a management advisory report identifying material deficiencies with Women's Business Center, a recipient of the SBA's Women's Business Center grant program:
