WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release:
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that Army Sgt. Willie V. Galvan, 24, of Bexar County, Texas, killed during the Korean War, was accounted for July 30, 2019.

In late 1950, Galvan was a member of Medical Company, 7th Infantry Division, 31st Regiment . . .
