WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement on the introduction of the Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R. 3):
"Every day, I hear from Arizona seniors and families concerned about the rising costs of health care and prescription drugs.
