SYRACUSE, New York, Sept. 20 -- Rep. John Katko, R-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. John Kakto (NY-24) this afternoon applauded the award of $5.6 million in federal funding to Onondaga County by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for lead remediation. This award follows a June visit to Syracuse by HUD Secretary Ben Carson for a roundtable discussion on lead paint remediation hosted by Rep. Katko.
