Pedro L. Fernandez-Caban has been appointed assistant professor of civil & environmental engineering at Clarkson University.
He received his Ph.D. in civil engineering and master of engineering in civil engineering from the University of Florida, and his bachelor of science in civil engineering from University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.
