U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), Ranking Member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, today announced $132,500 from the Save America's Treasures Grant program for preservation efforts of the Happy Retreat, which was the home of Charles Washington, founder of Charles Town and brother of George Washington in Charles Town, WV.
