WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, issued the following statement:
Today, Co-Chair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus Representatives Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), released the following statement after reports of a whistleblower complaint filed by a member of the Intelligence Community, which is being withheld from Congress in violation of federal law, is said to involve Ukraine:
"Today, press reports indicate that a U.S. intelligence officer's whistleblow . . .
