WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement about the Trump administration's sanctions on Iran's Central Bank, National Development Fund and Etemad Tejarat Pars:
