WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Biggs introduced the Small Business Flexibility Act, which would grant restaurant owners and other employers of tipped workers greater flexibility over how they pay and manage their staffs. Congressman Biggs offered the following statement:
