RALEIGH, North Carolina, Sept. 20 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently awarded $3,682,900 to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality to support management of nonpoint sources of water pollution. The funding will be used for a variety of projects designed to improve water quality in priority watersheds across the state.
