WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Patrick T. McHenry, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Patrick McHenry (NC-10) announced the first ever Tenth District Congressional App Challenge. The Congressional App Challenge (CAC) was established by the United States House of Representatives in 2014. This competition encourages middle and high school students to create and submit their own app for the opportunity to receive national recognition.
