NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Sept. 19 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
Bull Run Recreation Area on the Cumberland River in Ashland City, Tenn., is scheduled to be permanently closed Oct. 31, 2019. The area is currently a city-operated park leased from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District.
The park encompasses 63 total acres of which four acres have been developed for day use recreation, including a boat ramp, gravel parking . . .
