WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following statement after a bipartisan coalition passed a continuing resolution (H.R. 4378) that will keep the government funded at current levels through Nov. 21:
"Today, I voted for a bipartisan continuing resolution that keeps our government open and ensures that our community health centers, teaching hospitals, and higher education and critical safety net programs remain operational while Congress continue . . .
