WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Raul M. Grijalva, D-Arizona, chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, issued the following statement on the news that the Interior Department will transfer 560 acres of federally protected public lands to the U.S. Army for the construction of 70 miles of President Trump's border wall:
