ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania, Sept. 19 -- Lehigh Valley Health Network issued the following news release:
Lehigh Valley Health Network has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of Coordinated Health, pending reviews by the Federal Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. If cleared to close, Coordinated Health will become part of LVHN.
