WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, issued the following joint statement with House Republican Whip Steve Scalise, R-Louisiana, and House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney, R-Wyoming, on the Democrats' drug pricing bill (H.R. 3):
