WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, chairman of the House Ways and Means subcommittee on Social Security, issued the following statement on the updated report from the Office of the Social Security Chief Actuary on the Social Security 2100 Act.
