ALBANY, New York, Sept. 18 -- Albany County issued the following news:
Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy announced that today is the first day residents and visitors of Albany County can begin registering for this year's Helderberg to Hudson Half Marathon along the Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail.
