WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on President Trump's confirmation that an al Qaeda member, Hamza bin Laden, was killed in a U.S. counterterrorism operation:
