WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Sens. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations subcommittee on Near East, South Asia, Central Asia and Counterterrorism, and Committee Ranking Member Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following joint statement regarding Tunisia's upcoming elections:
"On September 15, for the second time since the 2011 revolution, Tunisians will participate in free and fair presidential elections. This will be followed by the October 6 parliament . . .
