WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the House unanimously passed legislation that will allow New Jersey to utilize clean water state revolving funds to remove and replace the lead pipes contaminating Newark's drinking water:
