WARWICK, Rhode Island, Sept. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency - Rhode Island Field Office issued the following news release:
Agricultural producers affected by natural disasters in 2018 and 2019, can apply through the Wildfire and Hurricane Indemnity Program Plus (WHIP+). Sign-up for this U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) program begins Sept. 11.
