NEW YORK, Sept. 17 -- New York Civil Liberties Union issued the following news release:
After years of advocacy from the ACLU Women's Rights Project, Empire Justice Center, the NYCLU, and the NYS Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NYSCADV), Gov.
