WARWICK, Rhode Island, Sept. 13 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, co-founder and co-chair of the Congressional Cybersecurity Caucus and a senior member of the House Armed Services and Homeland Security committees, issued the following statement regarding the sanctioning of three North Korean hacking groups:
