NEW YORK, Sept. 13 -- The Environmental Defense Fund issued the following news release:
The U.S. Court of Appeals today ruled in favor of an updated and strengthened version of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule - the landmark emission standards under the Clean Air Act's "Good Neighbor" safeguards that are designed to protect downwind states from coal plant air pollution that blows across their borders.
