WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Today, in advance of Constitution Day on September 17th, U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Angus King (I-ME) sent a letter to Dr. Carla Hayden, Librarian of Congress, urging her to make the Constitution Annotated easily available to all Americans. The Constitution Annotated is compiled by the Library of Congress and details how the Supreme Court has interpreted each provision of the Constitution. . . .
