ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Sept. 12 -- The National Corn Growers Association issued the following news:
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today released its final rule to repeal the harmful 2015 definition of "waters of the United States."
NCGA will be reviewing the repeal rule and is encouraged that we are one step closer to ensuring farmers have the clarity and certainty they have long-sought to effectively implement stewardship practices on their operatio . . .
