HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Sept. 12 -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry issued the following statement by President and CEO Gene Barr regarding the Environmental Protection Agency's announcement that it will repeal the Obama administration's controversial Waters of the U.S. rule:
