Sen. Barrasso Issues Statement on EPA, Army Corps of Engineers Announcement on WOTUS Rule

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement on the announcement of the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ending the Obama-era Waters of the U.S. rule:

Barrasso is chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), which has jurisdiction over the EPA and the Corps.
