WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following statement on the announcement of the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ending the Obama-era Waters of the U.S. rule:
