BOSTON, Massachusetts, Sept. 12 -- GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders issued the following news release:
GLAD has joined amicus briefs opposing new Department of Homeland Security regulations that upend the standards for determinations of who qualifies as a "public charge."
