WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nevada, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) joined Senate Banking Committee Democrats, led by Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), in demanding that Capital One take action to protect the more than 100 million consumers impacted by the March 2019 data breach. The Senators lay out how Capital One has failed to take adequate steps to correct the many deficiencies leading to the breach.
