Environment Texas Issues Statement on Clean Water Rule

WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Environment Texas issued the following statement by Clean Water Associate Anna Farrell-Sherman:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to repeal the Clean Water Rule today, revoking the landmark 2015 environmental protections.
