WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, issued the following floor remarks about how a what he calls a government-run health care plan will cost the America taxpayers $32 trillion dollar and take health insurance away from 180 million American who get their health insurance through work:
