WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Rep. K. Michael Conaway, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Agriculture Committee, issued the following remarks on the announcement by the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ending the Obama-era waters of the U.S. rule:
