U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), a member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, on Tuesday spoke about his recent travel to Germany, Kosovo, Serbia and Ukraine with U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).
