STEPHENVILLE, Texas, Sept. 11 -- Tarleton State University issued the following news release:
The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy has ranked Tarleton State University among the top 10 Texas colleges and universities for its accounting graduates passing the CPA exam.
Excluding Texas' very large and very small accounting programs, Tarleton ranks ninth with a 52 percent pass rate. Texas Christian University rates No. 1 with a pass rate of 73 percent followed by Aus . . .
