FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 11 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release:
The ACLU of Texas today presented oral argument in the appeal of Crystal Mason's five-year sentence for casting a provisional ballot in the 2016 election. The legal team is asking the appellate judges to either acquit Mason or order a new trial.
